Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support residents' daily activities to promote comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure safety during transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow facility policies and report any changes in residents' health status promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license required.
• Experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care skills.
• Must adhere to facility policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination or exemptions.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
