Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized therapy plans to achieve patient recovery goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and injury prevention.
• Ensure adherence to safety and healthcare regulations during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
