Job Summary:
Provides specialized outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations. Focuses on delivering comprehensive evaluations and tailored treatment plans to improve patient mobility and overall health.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless patient management.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy; inpatient experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Demonstrates flexibility to work at various sites supported by therapy services.
• Pelvic Floor therapy experience is desirable but not mandatory.
