Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to promote recovery and improve mobility. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate therapy goals.
• Design and execute individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and relevant professional certifications.
