Job Summary:

Assist physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients, supporting their recovery and functional goals. Deliver quality patient care through direct assistance and treatment support under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress accurately.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and spaces.
• Adhere to all facility safety and privacy protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to follow detailed directions and treatment plans.
• Keep current with continuing education requirements for licensure.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitative or outpatient setting preferred.
