Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to clients to promote recovery and improve mobility. Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal identification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license or certification.
• Possess proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
• Demonstrate strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy techniques and standards.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to comply with facility identification and badge protocols.
