Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care for pediatric and NICU patients. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, effective respiratory therapy within a dynamic hospital environment, adhering to all clinical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions to pediatric and NICU patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure equipment safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Hold active RRT certification and South Carolina RCP licensure.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent Pediatric ICU and NICU Level IV experience.
• Be certified in BLS, PALS, and NRPC.
• Demonstrate Epic electronic medical record system proficiency.
• Be able to work a 3x12 schedule with holiday rotations.
• Prior experience with Epic or similar EMR systems preferred.
