Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist with pediatric and NICU Level IV experience to provide exceptional respiratory care. The selected candidate will work in a teaching hospital setting, supporting complex patient needs and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients requiring respiratory support in pediatric and NICU environments.
• Administer respiratory therapies, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Utilize Epic electronic health records to document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital protocols.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety standards, and participate in patient education.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RRT certification with NBRC or SC RCP credentials.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in NICU Level IV or Pediatric ICU.
• Maintain current BLS, PALS, and NRPC certifications.
• Have Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in South Carolina.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
