Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing specialized therapeutic services to improve patient mobility and function. The role entails evaluating patient needs and designing tailored treatment plans to promote recovery and prevent disability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Implement therapy interventions aligned with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Document clinical findings and progress notes accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Maintain current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and throughout employment.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
