Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Show proficiency in patient assessment and clinical procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
