Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safe and effective treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care tailored to acuity levels and clinical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families regarding health status and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
