Job Summary:
The CT Tech will operate computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for physicians. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans accurately according to physician orders.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
• Possess state licensing as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment.
• Exhibit strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, specifically Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
