Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Document patient information and therapeutic interventions promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown nursing.
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
