Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory care to patients across various healthcare settings. Collaborates with medical teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust interventions as needed.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and care plans.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Proven experience in acute or chronic respiratory care.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
