Job Summary:
Provide expert physical therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients, promoting recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical histories and physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment programs focusing on ADLs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment details accurately in the EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Adhere to all safety, documentation, and facility policies, including weekend on-call requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of inpatient rehab procedures and therapies.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, flexibility, and outgoing personality traits.
• Be open to working weekends (minimum of 2 every 4 weeks).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
