Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
