Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to provide comprehensive care in a Level II nursery setting. The role involves managing labor, postpartum, and nursery care in a fast-paced, peak-tourism environment with a focus on mother and baby health.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality labor and delivery care for mothers and newborns.
• Provide postpartum support and monitor recovery progress for new mothers.
• Manage nursery care, including neonatal assessments and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least 2 years of clinical experience in labor, postpartum, and nursery care.
• Valid BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications are required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing labor, postpartum, and neonatal care.
• Comfortable working in a Level II nursery and labor/postpartum unit.
• Must be able to work night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
