Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and improving their functional mobility within an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care environment.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to different patient needs.
• Meet compliance and credentialing requirements for hospital designation.
