Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or with chronic conditions. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy protocols to improve functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ clinical conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including body mechanics, post-op surgeries, spinal conditions, and neurological disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery exercises, safety, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, hospital policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active GA State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least one year of relevant outpatient or acute care PT experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cerner documentation and electronic health records.
• Be CPR certified with current BLS certification.
• Show expertise in managing conditions like cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op surgeries, neurological disorders, and spinal injuries.
• Travel experience preferred; new grads considered with relevant clinical rotations.
