Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified RN to provide specialized care in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units. The role involves floating between units, performing complex procedures, and adapting to varied patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown settings.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR and other equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float between different units including Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units as needed.
• Follow all hospital protocols and maintain a professional appearance with clean scrubs.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Possess 2-10 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification; ACLS preferred; PALS, TNCC, ENPC desirable.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes.
• Show ability to adapt to float assignments across multiple specialties.
• Comply with all required certifications and licensure standards.
