Job Summary:
Provides specialized emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring timely and effective treatment in a fast-paced environment. Supervises and collaborates with medical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions promptly upon arrival to determine acuity level.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive emergency care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in an emergency or acute care setting is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
