Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing services to critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Assist physicians with complex procedures and monitor patient conditions continuously to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations and handle multiple priorities.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS are required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
