Job Summary:
Seeking experienced registered nurses to provide quality care in a Medical Surgical setting. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and facility protocols.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care documentation skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
