Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the Neuro ICU and SICU to adult patients with neurological, trauma, and surgical needs. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, challenging environment, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions thoroughly to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, monitoring patient responses closely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient statuses, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, utilizing advanced ICU skills and critical thinking.
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent ICU RN experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological cases.
• Hold valid RN license; willingness to review pending licenses is acceptable.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR systems and ICU competencies.
• Have travel nursing experience and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse facilities.
• Exhibit strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Compliance with specialty experience for Neuro ICU and SICU.
