Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Neuro ICU and SICU for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU trauma, surgical, and neurological experience, including Level One trauma care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill neurological and trauma patients in ICU settings.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and execute interventions aligned with physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and perform specialized neurological assessments.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active RN license recognized in the state of employment.
• Have at least 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological care.
• Have previous travel nursing experience in ICU settings.
• Demonstrate Epic EMR proficiency.
• Be able to pass a competency test within 24 hours of submission.
• Be available to work night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
