Job Summary:

Assist healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient care delivery. Provide support in patient interactions, record keeping, and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical duties such as taking patient vital signs and preparing them for examinations.
• Administer injections, collect laboratory specimens, and assist with basic lab tests.
• Manage patient records accurately and update electronic health records.
• Coordinate patient appointments and communicate effectively with patients.
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
• Support physicians and nurses during medical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credential required.
• Proven experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical training preferred.
