Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support within a healthcare setting. Perform patient care duties, clerical tasks, and assist physicians to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute patient care procedures such as venipuncture, EKGs, and vital sign measurement.
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Manage clerical duties including medical record documentation, lab report retrieval, and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain medical supplies and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations.
• Support patients with patient flow, patient education, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• Possess BLS certification issued by AHA.
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and EMR systems.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for diverse patient populations.
• Be adaptable to a dynamic healthcare environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
