Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the CT clinical supervisor, the CT technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to produce high-quality exams. They effectively collaborate with patients, physicians, and interdepartmental staff, ensuring patient safety and care are prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary CT, X-ray, and imaging procedures on patients across all age groups.
• Maintain proficiency in operating Siemens Somatom 40 slice scanner, Carestream NH MRT, and related imaging equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal scrubs and EMR documentation.
• Recognize and prioritize patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout all procedures.
• Document procedures accurately in EMR and communicate findings to medical staff.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years current experience in Imaging, CT, or X-ray.
• Hold ARRT (CT)(R) certification and NH Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, and OEC C-arm.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Exhibit ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Have IV skills to facilitate contrast procedures.
