Job Summary:

Provide speech-language pathology services to children from birth to age five in the Medford area. Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans to support developmental needs in a school-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and feeding disorders in young children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet each child's unique needs.
• Comply with state licensure requirements and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Proven experience working with early childhood populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during school hours.
• Must be able to work the full school year through June 14, 2027.
