Job Summary:


Provides expert speech therapy services to patients experiencing speech, language, or swallowing challenges. Works collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.



Responsibilities:

• Assess and document speech, language, and swallowing functions through comprehensive evaluations.
  
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and needs.
  
• Educate patients and their families on techniques to monitor and improve speech and swallowing skills.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal, organizational, and regulatory standards.
  
• Monitor patient outcomes, identify trends, and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
  
• Perform additional duties related to patient care and departmental goals as assigned.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program.
  
• Possess a valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  
• Maintain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  
• Be certified in CPR or BLS from an approved provider.
  
• Have a valid Driver's License and be at least 21 years old.
  
• Demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
