Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. The candidate will support new mothers and infants, ensuring safety and comfort during critical stages.

Responsibilities:

• Administer blood products, medications, and IV therapies following clinical protocols.
• Assist with neonatal procedures such as circumcision, cord care, and baby assessments.
• Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and discharge instructions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, fetal heart rates, and labor progress to ensure safe delivery.
• Implement infection control measures and isolation precautions per hospital policies.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MO or compact nursing license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 2 years of RN experience with Level 2 labor and delivery competency.
• Require ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications; AWHONN Advanced preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal resuscitation, pain management, and partner teaching.
• Have experience with neonatal assessments, infusion therapies, and patient education.
• Be willing to float within hospital units as needed and adhere to local rules.
