Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing and have EPIC EHR experience to ensure seamless patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly to stabilize health conditions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Float to medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed to support staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with at least 3 years in ICU/CCU.
• Hold a valid New York State RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate EPIC proficiency and experience with critical care documentation.
• Be willing to work flexible shifts and float to related units when necessary.
• Have solid references from recent supervisory roles within the past two years.
• Own a reliable vehicle for travel between facilities.
