Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Travel Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering top-level care in a reputable facility.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive ICU patient care, including monitoring vital signs and managing ventilators.
• Implement and monitor advanced equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia protocols.
• Collaborate with unit staff to coordinate patient treatments and ensure adherence to clinical policies.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the Meditech electronic health record.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and unit guidelines, including safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of current ICU experience in an acute care hospital.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required.
• Prior Meditech system experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
