Job Summary:
Seeking a Level 2 NICU RN to provide specialized neonatal care in a busy NICU setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in patient monitoring, baby catch skills, and EPIC charting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive neonatal care to critically ill infants in the NICU.
• Perform baby catch procedures in the OR for C-section cases.
• Chart patient data accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
• Float to postpartum units as needed to support maternal and infant care.
• Follow clinical protocols in line with Level 2 NICU standards and Women's Health services.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current NY RN license prior to submission.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent NICU experience.
• Demonstrate EPIC charting proficiency.
• Be willing to work 3x12 night and day shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Able to baby catch in the OR for C-sections.
• Be located more than 75 miles from the facility, with no local candidates accepted.
