Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Level 2 NICU RN to provide specialized neonatal care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in neonatal patient management, with a focus on women’s health services and baby-catching procedures in the OR.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to patients in the Level 2 NICU setting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress using EPIC electronic medical records accurately.
• Assist with baby-catching in the OR during C-section procedures as needed.
• Float to Post Partum units when necessary, maintaining flexibility in assignments.
• Comply with travel and licensing policies, including mandatory NY license prior to submission.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New York RN license in hand before submitting application.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent NICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC charting systems.
• Be prepared to float between units, including Post Partum.
• Be willing to work 3x12 night shifts, 19:00–7:00.
• Meet Tier 2 travel compliance requirements.
