Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, supporting their recovery and ensuring optimal respiratory function. Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver safe and effective treatment aligned with hospital standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies, procedures, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain and operate advanced respiratory equipment including ventilators and medication dispensing systems.
• Document patient care activities accurately using Meditech or relevant documentation systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and unit guidelines for patient care and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Possess a valid Respiratory Therapist license and registration.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital environment.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support a collaborative patient care approach.
