Job Summary:
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist with pediatrics experience to provide specialized respiratory care for pediatric patients at a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. The role involves night shifts and requires commitment to adherence to strict travel and credentialing policies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions to pediatric patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and travel requirements.
• Ensure all licensing, certification, and vaccination documentation are current and verifiable.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and cannot accept CRT candidates.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric respiratory experience.
• Have at least 1 prior travel assignment and current Tennessee license at submission.
• Maintain compliance with NLC guidelines and adhere to all travel and facility regulations.
• Driver’s license mandatory for submission.
• Be willing to work Night (3x12 hours) shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
