Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient rehab, and acute therapy services. The role offers flexibility with hours and a dynamic environment with new equipment and collaborative team members.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in various settings.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians to optimize patient care.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as Hoyer lifts, treadmills, ellipticals, and Sci Fit machines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth EMR systems.
• Adhere to unit policies and safety standards to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate outpatient clinic and neurological patient care experience.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Adapt to flexible hours, with availability during standard clinic hours of 7 am to 7 pm.
• Capable of supporting inpatient rehab, acute, and outpatient rehab services.
