Job Summary:
Provide specialized MRI imaging services by operating advanced magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Ensure accurate image acquisition to support diagnosis and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans following established protocols and safety procedures.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and shielding.
• Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and manage patient data securely and accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver quality imaging results.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards throughout procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of one (1) year of MRI experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate relevant experience working with MRI equipment and technology.
• Hold an associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Maintain a valid radiologic technologist license issued by the NYSDOH.
• Be certified and registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging by the ARRT or ARMRIT.
• Possess current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
