Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical/Tele RN to provide high-quality patient care in a short-term acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in telemetry, and the ability to manage dysrhythmias effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing care to adult patients.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, ensuring patient safety and stability.
• Complete all assigned modules prior to the start date and attend staff meetings regularly.
• Adhere to facility protocols, safely float within scope, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system.
• Comply with all certification, license, and clinical requirements for assignment.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry experience.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Be able to complete pre-assignment modules and attend staff meetings.
• Experience working with adult patient populations in acute care settings preferred.
