Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing medical-surgical treatments. Responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions to establish a comprehensive care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• Possess CPR and BLS certification.
• Be able to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and work environments.
