Job Summary:


Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
  
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.
  
• Comply with all safety protocols, regulations, and hospital policies.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse license.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in Medical Surgical nursing practices and procedures.
  
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
  
• Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
