Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting, focusing on restoring movement and function. Ensure patient progress through tailored treatment plans while adhering to facility policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact physical therapist license.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Have a minimum of 2 years outpatient clinic experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for day shifts.
