Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. The therapist will work within a hospital setting, delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy treatments according to established protocols and facility standards.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet changing patient needs and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Assist in float duties between units and facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at the start of the assignment.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient/inpatient therapy experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
• Be able to float within scope and meet facility demands.
• Be available to work day shifts, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
