Job Summary:

Provide advanced nursing care in the MSICU, ensuring patient safety and comfort during 13-week travel assignments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional critical care for stable and trauma patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer complex treatments and medications according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and condition, promptly responding to changes.
• Perform invasive procedures such as central line insertions and bedside trachs.
• Document patient care accurately within Meditech or similar systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to hospital and unit policies regarding dress code, infection control, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years hospital ICU experience, including specialty units.
• Proficiency in Meditech documentation systems.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with invasive procedures such as arterial and central line insertions.
• Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
