Job Summary:

Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray) is responsible for producing high-quality imaging within both CT and X-ray modalities, ensuring accurate diagnostics and excellent patient care. The role requires effective communication with patients and collaboration with healthcare teams to meet clinical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in CT and X-ray modalities accurately and efficiently.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their understanding and comfort before imaging.
• Produce diagnostic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including radiation safety and proper equipment handling.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient information using EPIC charting system.
• Float within scope to other units as needed, supporting facility operations and coverage.

Qualifications:

• Active registration in Radiography (ARRT R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT C) required.
• Valid South Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant imaging experience.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to operate Siemens imaging equipment and EPIC PACS system.
• Excellent patient communication and clinical skills.
