Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Tech to join the radiology team at a leading hospital in Myrtle Beach. The role involves performing routine and trauma-related CT exams for ED and inpatient settings, utilizing advanced GE equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE CT scanners independently to perform routine and trauma CT exams.
• Ensure accurate documentation of imaging procedures in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment integrity.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile and organized work environment.
• Support team members as needed during shifts to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• ARRT Radiography certification is required; CT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a level 1 trauma hospital setting.
• Proficient in operating GE CT scanners including 512, 128, and 32 slice models.
• Ability to perform various CT procedures such as trauma pan scans, CTA, and scans of head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.
• Strong understanding of patient safety and comfort practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
