Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment in a fast-paced clinical environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, fire, and life safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the practicing state.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).
• Have previous experience in an acute care facility, preferably in emergency settings.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Comply with hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) requirements.
