Job Summary:
Provide advanced nursing care in the emergency room setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions upon arrival and prioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately and update medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge instructions.
• Participate in emergency response teams during code situations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess recent experience working in an emergency or critical care environment.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Obtain ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be available to work every other weekend and holiday shifts.
