Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist to perform diagnostic testing and analysis in a clinical laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience within the specialty and hold necessary certification credentials.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic specimen testing and analysis following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Document test results accurately and timely in compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper specimen handling and processing.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold certification such as ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory testing for specimen analysis.
• Possess strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and every 4th weekend.
